He was born January 14, 1937 in Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Don and Dorothy Wise Raber.

Mr. Raber worked for Hope Gas Company for 29 1/2 years before retiring for health issues.

He was born in Daybrook the youngest of three sons to Wilson Worly and Bonnie Faye Barr Shriver on May 28, 1938.

He was born November 22, 1927 at Coburn, a son of the late John W. Barr and Mary Isabella Utt Barr.

Mr. Barr was a retired foreman from Ormet.

He was a United States Army veteran.

Bae was a member of the Thomas Chapel United Methodist Church.
