He was born March 27, 1950 at Morgantown, WV, a son of the late James W. Bell and Riffle Eddy Bell.
Delbert worked for 22 years at the Accurate Brass Plant in Brave, PA as a tow motor operator.
Robert L. "Skip" Copeland, Jr., 55, of Brave, PA died Sunday, October 4, 2009 at his residence.
He was born March 17, 1954 at Waynesburg, PA, a son of Robert L. Copeland of Brave, PA and the late Betta Jane Cummins Copeland.
Skip was a retired pipefitter and was a member of the Pipefitters Local #798 out of Tulsa, OK. He was a former Monongalia County School bus driver.
Charles "Fred" Hamill, 69, of Daybrook, WV died Monday, September 28, 2009 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born October 28, 1939 in Indiana, PA a son of the late Roy Clark Hamill and Mildred Steele Hamill.
Frederick C. Chisler, 50, of Mt. Morris, PA died Sunday, September 27, 2009.
He was born November 2, 1958 at Waynesburg, PA, a son of Bob R. Chisler of Core and the late Imogene Ione Price Chisler.
Fred was currently a self employed equipment operator and truck driver. He had formerly worked for Chisler Bros at Pentress for many years.
Helen Y. Snyder, 98, of Montvale, VA, formerly of Hundred, died Sunday, September 27, 2009 in the Woodhaven Nursing Home in Montvale, VA.
Mrs. Snyder was born November 23, 1910 at Littleton, WV, a daughter of the late Virgil Moyer and Elizabeth Owen Moyer Shriver.
Ruth Greathouse, 83, of Burton, WV died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at her residence.
She was born March 8, 1926 at Wileyville, WV, a daughter of the late James Greathouse and Ola Greathouse Greathouse.
Miss Greathouse was a homemaker and she was a member of the Low Gap Community Church of Knob Fork.

Ray Allen Metz, 65, of Hundred, WV died Saturday, September 19, 2009 in the Golden Living Center in Morgantown.
He was born October 20, 1943 at Earnshaw, WV, a son of the late William E. Metz and Anna B. Myers Metz.
Mr. Metz was a retired steel worker. He retired as a foreman in the prep coke plant.
Ray was a veteran having served with the United States Army.
Richard Wayne "Richie" Derby, 31 of Littleton, WV died Saturday, September 19, 2009 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born October 8, 1977 at Fairmont, WV a son of Steven W. Derby, Sr. and Regina Darlene Robinson Derby, of Littleton.
Richie was a self employed mechanic. He attended the Rice Ridge Community Church.
Alberta Louise Moore Kennedy, 79, of Morgantown, formerly of Wadestown died Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born October 31, 1929 at Jakes Run, WV, a daughter of the late Francis Marion and Audie Mae Eddy Moore, and she was raised by the late Lonnie R. and Wilma D. Hillberry.
