He was born October 3, 1958 at Jakes Run, a son of the late James E. Fletcher and Rosemary Saunders Fletcher.
Herb worked as a carpenter. He was a member of the Jakes Run Assembly of God.

June Ponzoo, 71, of Spraggs, PA, passed silently in his sleep on Monday, June 15, at the Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after a long battle with diabetes and heart disease.
He was born on January 15, 1949, in Spraggs, PA, son of the late Charles Dewy Ponzoo and Gaynelle Phillips.

She was born October 26, 1938 at Burton, WV a daughter of the late Robert Moore and Lucille Jane Delaney.
Ruth was a homemaker all of her life.
