RANDY D. RUSH

          Randy Dale Rush, 69, of Burton, WV died Thursday, April 16, 2020 at his residence.

          He was born February 19, 1951 at Fairmont, a son of the late Rex D. Rush and Madolin V. Sole Rush.

          Randy was the Wetzel County Superintendent of Highways.

EMMA HANSHAW

          Emma Hanshaw, 80, of Knob Fork, WV died Thursday, April 9, 2020 in the Genesis Health Care Center in New Martinsville.

          She was born November 20, 1939 at Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Clarence Cross and Josephine Linger Cross.

          Mrs. Hanshaw was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.

SHIRLEY SHUMAN

          Shirley J. Shuman, 84, of Burton, WV died Friday, April 3, 2020 in Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville.

          She was born January 19, 1936 at Earnshaw, a daughter of the late Arvel Roberts and Mary Martin Roberts.

          Kimberly Staggs Keast, 45, of Hundred, WV earned her angel wings and flew home on April 2, 2020.  She was born June 21, 1974, daughter of James Staggs and Brenda (Nutter) Staggs in Monongalia County.

PHILLIP RODNEY HIGGINS

          Phillip Rodney Higgins, 84, of Blacksville, WV died Sunday, March 29, 2020 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

          He was born September 18, 1935 at Pentress a son of the late John Wesley Higgins and Fern Evelyn Tennant Higgins.

          Mr. Higgins was a retired delivery truck driver for the Blue Ridge Distributing Company.

DANNY RAY RITER

          Dan “Danny” Ray Riter, 64, of New Martinsville, WV died March 28, 2020 in the Genesis Center in New Martinsville.

          Danny was born on January 11, 1956 in Weirton, WV to his parents, Donald Ray Riter and Norma Lee Sapp Riter.  He married Darlene Bissett in 1980.

DAVID W. WOLFE, SR.

          David Warren Wolfe, Sr., 72 of Pentress, WV died Wednesday March 25, 2020 at his residence.

          He was born September 9, 1947 at Edna, WV, a son of the late William “Bill” Wolfe and Della Tichnor Wolfe.

NELLIE ANN RABER

          Nellie Ann Raber, 76, of Spraggs, PA died Saturday, March 21, 2020 in the Washington Hospital-Greene in Waynesburg, PA.

          She was born January 3, 1944 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Harrison Tennant and Georgia C. Sine Tennant.

          Mrs. Raber was retired from Rolling Meadows Nursing Home where she worked as a dietary aide.

JIMMIE DALE KIRKPATRICK

          Jimmie Dale Kirkpatrick, 83, of Wileyville, WV and Millersport, OH died Friday, March 13, 2020 in Millersport, OH.

          He was born June 29, 1936 at Knob Fork, a son of the late Samuel E. Kirkpatrick and Ruth Villers Kirkpatrick.

LEONARD RAY OATES

          Leonard Ray Oates, 84, of Littleton, WV died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in the Cameron Continuous Care Center in Cameron, WV.

          He was born June 24, 1935 at Fairmont, a son of the late John Paul Oates and Lois Dare Robinson Oates.
