She was born December 9, 1958 at Moundsville, WV, a daughter of the late Franics and Lucy Blake.
Ms. Clutter was a homemaker.
Surviving is one daughter, Kimberly Rhodes of Farmington, PA and one son Paul Blake of Ashtabula, Ohio; and one grandchild.

Lillian G. Belch, 99, of Hundred, WV died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in the Pleasant Acres Christian Haven in Fairmont.
She was born November 7, 1918 at Plum Run near Mannington, a daughter of the late Leonard J. Anderson and Alice Byard Anderson.

Minnie Lucille Stanley Walker of Jakes Run, departed this life, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, to be reunited with her heavenly Father.
She was born August 15, 1930 to the late Lloyd Stanley and Lucy Travis Stanley of Goose Creek near Fairmont.

Jon Michael Berryman, 27, of New Freeport, PA died March 26, 2018 in White Marsh, MD.
He was born January 21, 1991 at New Martinsville, WV a son of Jon Garrison and Pamela Smith Garrison.
Jon was a preload laborer in the construction industry.
He formerly attended the Church of God of Prophecy at Metz.
FAY CARPENTER
Fay Leroy Carpenter, 77, of Blacksville, WV died Sunday, March 25, 2018 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born June 25, 1940 at Fairmont, a son of the late Samuel G. Carpenter and Nannie Mae Rager Carpenter.
Mr. Carpenter was a retired construction worker.
HARRIET RATLIFF
Harriet Ratliff, 83, of Mt. Morris, PA died Thursday, March 22, 2018 at her residence.
She was born October 5, 1934 at Aliquippa, PA, a daughter of the late James Campbell and Doris Chappell Campbell.
Mrs. Ratliff was a retired school bus driver and a Baptist by faith.

Nando Ray Peraldo, 82, of Hundred, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, Tuesday, March 13, 2018. He was born May 12, 1935 in Buckhannon, WV a son of the late John and Ruby Engle Peraldo.
Raymond J. Iannucci, 58, of Charleston, WV died March 8, 2018 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born March 20, 1959 in Providence, Rhode Island a son of the late Frank Iannucci and Carol Smith Iannucci.
Mr. Iannucci was a painter by profession.
There were no local services.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville was in charge of arrangements.
Winfred Leon Lemley, 77, of Columbiana, Ohio died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in the Donnell House in Washington, PA.
He was born February 25, 1941 at Daybrook, WV, a son of the late Everett Tennant and Minnie E. Lemley Tennant.
Mr. Lemley worked most of his life as a truck driver. He had worked for a number of years for Century Trucking.
Darlene J. Watson, 73, of Hundred, WV died Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born May 11, 1944 at Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late John Hockenberry and Mary Ann Blukins Hockenberry.
