Jack J. Johnson, 83, of Jakes Run, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his residence.
He was born May 29, 1934 at Mooresville, a son of the late George W. Johnson and Pearl E. Jones Johnson.
Mr. Johnson was a retired coal miner. He worked as an electrician for the coal companies. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He was born January 19, 1945, a son of the late Kenneth Wise and Flossie Rice Wise.
Joe served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He worked as a coal miner for the Federal #2 mine and Kitt Energy. He also drove truck for Beverage Distributors of Clarksburg.
Clint T. Walker, 39, of Anna, Ohio and formerly of the Wadestown area died Sunday, June 11, 2017.
He was born July 18, 1977 at Morgantown, WV, a son of Thomas E. “Boge” Walker and Shirley Sue Gallagher Walker, both of Wadestown.
Derek Lee Pletcher, 8 months and 10 days old, infant son of Denton F. Pletcher, Jr. and Patrisha Shreve of Hundred, WV died Friday, June 9, 2017 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

Donald Ray Brookover, 94, of Jakes Run, died Saturday, June 3, 2017 in the Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown just 2 days short of his 95th birthday.
He was born June 5, 1922 at Jakes Run, a son of the late William L. Brookover and Emma Cook Brookover.
John Lewis Donaldson, 86, of Klondike Community, Fairview, WV has gone to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at his home. He was born in Fairview on September 25, 1930 a son of the late Charles Emerson Donaldson and Mary Ann Gump Donaldson.

She was born February 6, 1944, in Jakes Run, Monongalia County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Ellis James “Possum” Tennant and Eva Ellen Varner Tennant.
