Edward H. Wade, 90, of Silver Hill Community, New Martinsville, died Monday, August 10, 2015 in the Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale.
He was born September 17, 1924 at Littleton, a son of the late Homer Wade and Carrie Gorby Wade.
Mr. Wade worked his life as a farmer.
Linda Genevieve Cordray, 72, of Core, WV died Friday, August 7, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in Morgantown on May 1, 1943, the daughter of the late Edwin Tichenor and Genevieve Stewart Tichenor.
Mrs. Cordray graduated from Morgantown High School in 1961 and retired from West Virginia University Hospital as an EKG Tech.
Louise Poling, 87, of Core, WV died Friday, August 7, 2015 in the Sundale Nursing Home in Morgantown.
She was born April 23, 1928 at Mooresville, a daughter of the late George Statler and Mary Moore Statler.
Mrs. Poling was a homemaker.
Charles F. “Buck” Geho, 86, of Hundred, WV, formerly of the New Freeport, PA area died Sunday, July 26, 2015 in the Golden Living Center in Waynesburg, PA.
He was born May 3, 1929 at Woodruff, WV, a son of the late Burl Geho and Opal Conaway Geho.
Mr. Geho was self-employed during his life time. He also served as a township supervisor.
Sherri Ann Pike, 50, of Loris, SC died July 23, 2015.
She was born August 6, 1964 a daughter of Betty A. Raniand and the late Alfred H. Weeks.
Mrs. Pike was a certified medical transcriptionist.
William Ronald “Ronnie” Phillips, 67, of Hundred, WV died Thursday, July 15, 2015 in Fairmont Regional Medical Center.
He was born January 19, 1948 at New Martinsville, WV, a son of the late Floyd E. Phillips and Grace Dixon Phillips.
Surviving are two brothers, Fred Phillips of Shreveport, LA and Jack Phillips of Mingo Junction, OH.
Lawrence Wesley Roach, 75, of Waynesburg, PA died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at his residence.
He was born October 12, 1939 at Spraggs, PA, a son of the late Lawrence J. Roach and Pearl Evelyn Phillips Roach.
Mr. Roach was a retired truck driver. He worked for Hoy Redi Mix Concrete Company in Waynesburg for more than 30 years.
Florence Jane Trader, 82, of Daybrook, died Friday, July 3, 2015 at the Mapleshire Nursing and Rehab Center in Morgantown.
She was born April 23, 1932 at Mooresville, a daughter of the late Plummer Statler and Hazel Roupe Statler.
Mrs. Trader was a homemaker and had currently been attending the Bula Baptist Church.
Benny Lloyd Barber, Sr., 75, of Spraggs, PA, died Wednesday July 1, 2015 at his home. He was born August 25, 1939 a son of the late Ray Barber, Sr. and Bernice Reed Barber. He is survived by two sons Benny Lloyd Barber, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA and Robert C. Barber of Walton, KY; one daughter Tina M.
Jewel “Babe” Tuttle, 77, of Macdale, WV passed away June 26, 2015 peacefully at her home surrounded by the love of family and friends. She had struggled this last year with heartbreak after losing her husband, Fred Tuttle, of 58 years.
She was born June 14, 1938 a daughter of the late Dale Dulaney, Sr. and Faith Wise.
