He was born January 14, 1937 in Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Don and Dorothy Wise Raber.
Mr. Raber worked for Hope Gas Company for 29 1/2 years before retiring for health issues.

After giving the dreadful alzheimers a frightful battle it consumed the twinkle in her eyes and she has closed them to worry no more.

He was born March 28, 1937 at Miracle Run, a son of the late James C. "Poker" Tuttle and Irene Bane Tuttle.
Franklin "Huzz" Shriver, 75, of Daybrook, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born in Daybrook the youngest of three sons to Wilson Worly and Bonnie Faye Barr Shriver on May 28, 1938.
Bae Barr, 86, of Metz, WV died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the home of his daughter in Clairington, OH.
He was born November 22, 1927 at Coburn, a son of the late John W. Barr and Mary Isabella Utt Barr.
Mr. Barr was a retired foreman from Ormet.
He was a United States Army veteran.
Bae was a member of the Thomas Chapel United Methodist Church.
Ora Pearl Hayes, 87, of Fowler, OH died Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in the Concord Care Center, Meadowbrook Manor, in Hartford, OH.
She was born August 22, 1926 at Pine Grove, WV, a daughter of the late John B. Morris and Verlettie M. O'Dell Morris.
Mrs. Hayes was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Hundred Church of Christ.
Naomi Jane Tennant, 86, of Wadestown, WV died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at her residence.
She was born July 3, 1927 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Gilbert DeVine and Gracie Mae Statler DeVine.
Mrs. Tennant worked at Hills Department Store for many years where she worked as a department head.
Karol Ann Thorne, 69, of (Days Run Community) Fairview, WV died Thursday, April 24, 2014 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born June 25, 1944 at Morgantown, a daughter of the late Henry Clay Leary and Zaia Smith Leary.
Mrs. Thorne was a homemaker. She loved playing online computer games and watching the birds.
Helen Ruth Furbee, 80 of Maryville, TN died April 19, 2014 at her residence.
A graveside service was held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Greene County Memorial Park with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Mrs. Furbee was laid to rest beside her late husband John Furbee. A one hour visitation period was held at the Tennant Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
Anna Pearl Berry, 93, of Jakes Run, died Thursday, April 17, 2014 at her residence.
She was born April 16, 1921 at Core, WV, a daughter of the late James Rose and Ida Bowen Rose.
Mrs. Berry was a homemaker. Anna enjoyed her home, gardening, working with her flowers in the summer time, making quilt tops, cooking, country music, and collecting dolls.
