She was born December 20, 1935 at Mooresville, a daughter of the late George Foley and Lottie Stewart Foley.
Mrs. Willard was retired from Mylan Pharmaceuticals after 28 years of service.
Darrell Eugene (Gene) Harker, 69, of Crossroads Community, Wadestown, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at his residence.
He was born March 13, 1943 at Morgantown, a son of the late F. Carl and Lora Johnson Harker.
Mr. Harker was a 1961 graduate of Clay-Battelle High School. He formerly worked for King Knob Coal Company, Daybrook Development, and Bill Seaman Livestock.
Virginia Garrison, 85, of Morgantown, WV died Thursday, January 24, 2013 in the Mapleshire Nursing and Rehab Center in Morgantown.
Mrs. Garrison was born July 28, 1927 at Millwood, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph Paul Kelley and Dorothy Burch Kelley.
She was a retired pharmacy tech from West Virginia University Hospital.
Margaret Ann Michael, 65, of Daybrook, died January 15, 2013 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born October 16, 1947, a daughter of the late Richard E. Wilson, Sr and Bertha Brewer Wilson of Jakes Run.
Mrs. Michael was a home maker and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Blacksville.
Shirley Waddle, 77, of Littleton, WV died Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Select Specialty St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.
She was born November 24, 1935 at New Martinsville, a daughter of the late Charles Greathouse and Virginia Fisher.
Mrs. Waddle was a retired rural mail carrier.
She was a member of the VFW Post #437 Ladies Auxiliary of Moundsville.
Ruby A. Copeland, 85, of Daybrook, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born June 18, 1927 at Fairview, a daughter of the late Joseph L. Eddy and Florence E. Tennant Eddy.
Freddie Sylvester "Doug" Wise, 71, of Wheeling, WV died December 27, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital.
He was born May 18, 1941 at Hundred, a son of the late Ezra Sylvester Wise and Hazel Hostutler Wise.
Mr. Wise was a retired pipefitter and formerly worked for Allison & Lohr, Inc. of Wheeling.
Thomas Lee Day, 90, of Blacksville, WV died Thursday, December 27, 2012 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born March 6, 1922 at Belington, WV, a son of the late Gordon G. Day and Edna Corley Day.
Mr. Day was a retired railroader. He held various positions with the railroad company.
Floyd William "Bill" Stuyvesant, 77, of Belmont, WV died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 in the Carehaven of Pleasants County Nursing Facility.
Mr. Stuyvesant was born February 2, 1935 at Blacksville, WV, a son of the late Floyd Wayne Stuyvesant and Eva Gardner Stuyvesant.
Jane Tennant, 81 of Blacksville, died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1931 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Lewis Russell Lemley and Bertha May Moore Lemley.
Mrs. Tennant was a homemaker. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
