Opal I Donaldson Stewart, 80, of Carmichaels, PA died Friday, February 18, 2005 in the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA.

She was born February 22, 1924 at Fairview, WV, a daughter of the late Roy Donaldson and Mildred Nicholson Donaldson Brown.

Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker. At one time she worked at caring for the elderly in their homes.

Ossie B. Cross, 100, of Jakes Run Road, Fairview, WV died Thursday, February 17, 2005 at her home. She was born July 25, 1904 at Jakes Run, a daughter of the late Nelson Tennant and Margaret Wilson Tennant.

Mrs. Cross was a homemaker.

Jesse Lee Bean, Jr, 69, of Metz, WV died Saturday, January 22, 2005 in the John Manchin Sr. Health Care Center in Fairmont.

He was born September 26, 1935 in the Cook Hospital in Fairmont, a son of the late Jesse Lee Bean Sr. and Olive Metz Bean.

Linda Stewart, 51, of Warren, Ohio died Wednesday, January 19, 2005 in the Cleveland Clinic following a brief illness.

She was born February 18, 1953 at Morgantown, WV a daughter of Joseph G. McGrady and the late Mary E. Tennant Fischer.

Robert (Bob) Foley, 61, of Days Run Road, Fairview, WV died Monday, January 17, 2005 at his residence.

He was born July 4, 1943 a son of Cora Foley Varner, who survives.

Mr. Foley is retired from G E Specialty Chemicals with over 30 years of service. He currently worked for Crompton Corp. in Morgantown as a maintenance man. He was a protestant by faith.

Janie Lee Brooks, 88, of Pentress went home to the Lord on Sunday, January 16, 2005 following a brief illness.

She was born March 5, 1916 in Grassy Creek near Copper Hill, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Crawford and Carrie Allen. On December 23, 1933 she married Ernie Brooks, who preceded her in death on August 9, 1991.

Hilda C. Rose, 88, of Alexandria, VA died January 14, 2005 in Alexandria, VA.

She was born May 23, 1916 in Ohio a daughter of the late Guilio Funari and Philomena Cagnetti Funari.

Mrs. Rose was a lifetime member of the East Franklin Grange located on Route 218 near Waynesburg, PA.

Michael L. Strosnider, 49, of Blacksville, WV died Sunday, January 9, 2005 at his residence.

He was born October 3, 1955 at Waynesburg, PA a son of the late Walter "Pinky" Strosnider and Lucille Hockenberry Strosnider.

Edith J. Headley, 99, of Bartlesville, OK and formerly of the Core and Mt. Morris, PA area died Friday, January 7, 2005 in the Medical Lodge in Dewey, OK.

Mrs. Headley was born February 22, 1905 in Greene County, PA a daughter of the late Wesley Allen and Ada Viola Fox Cowell.

Francis Huffman, 91, of Cameron, WV died Friday, January 7, 2005 in the Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale.

He was born January 7, 1914 at Cameron, WV a son of the late Albert Johnthan Huffman and Emma K Porter Huffman.

Mr. Huffman was retired from Cameron Tool Company where he worked for over 36 years. He was a member of the Cameron Christian Church.
