            Charlotte Rose George, 90, of Littleton, WV died Friday, September 21, 2018 in the Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville.

            She was born February 14, 1928 in Littleton, a daughter of the late Ameen George and Verena Kimble George.

            Miss George was a graduate of West Liberty State College with a degree in music.

NANCY LUCILLE FAULKNER

            Nancy Lucille Faulkner, 84, of Fairmont, WV died Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.

            She was born June 3, 1934 at Hundred, a daughter of the late Goff Hostutler and Maggie Stoneking Hostutler.

WILLIAM C. STROPE

            William C. Strope, affectionately known as “Bud” or “Bill” died Thursday, September 6, 2018 at his residence.

            Bud was born August 31, 1938 on Bear Run near Hundred, a son of the late Herbert Strope and Iva Haines Strope.

RONALD STEWART

            Ronald G. Stewart, 80, of Hundred, died Monday, September 3, 2018 at his residence.

            He was born November 22, 1937 at Littleton, a son of the late Charles Michael Stewart and Laura Sapp Stewart.

SHELBY MARIE BARNHART

            Shelby Marie Barnhart, 13, of New Freeport, PA died Sunday, September 2, 2018 at her residence following a very long battle with cancer.

            She was born January 10, 2005 in Morgantown, WV, a daughter of James M. Barnhart of New Freeport, PA and Angela Rutan of Pittsburgh, PA.

            Dorothy Laverna Troutman Kiger of Mt. Morris, PA went home to be with the Lord on September 1, 2018 in the Mapleshire Nursing Home in Morgantown.

WAITMAN WAYNE TENNANT, JR.

            Waitman Wayne Tennant, Jr., 83, of Morgantown, WV died Thursday, August 30, 2018 at his residence.

            He was born March 25, 1935 at Jakes Run, a son of the late Waitman Wayne Tennant and Vera Marie Moore Tennant.

WILBUR TALBERT

            Wilbur Lee Talbert, 82, of Morgantown, formerly of Daybrook, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018 in the Madison Nursing and Rehab Center.

            He was born January 26, 1936 at Brownsville, PA, a son of Wilbur Talbert and Icel Ammons Talbert.

DANIEL PETTERSON

            Daniel Ralph Clifford Petterson, 76, of Burton, WV died Monday, August 20, 2018 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

            He was born January 5, 1942 in Waltham, MA, a son of the late Dan Louis Walter Petterson and Dorothy Elizabeth Johnson Petterson.

            Dan was a retired truck driver.

EDNA CARPENTER

            Edna Carpenter, 71, of Daybrook, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

            She was born June 20, 1947 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late William Luther McCoy and Florence Foley McCoy

            Mrs. Carpenter was a homemaker.
