He was born March 21, 1944 at Mercer County, PA, a son of the late George L. Deems and Edna V. Grimm Deems.
Mr. Deems was a retired truck driver.
Charles W. "Charlie" Garner, 92, of Burton, WV died Friday, July 6, 2012 in the Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale.
He was born June 29, 1920 at Washington, DC, a son of the late Charles T. Garner and Alice E. Hurdle Garner.
Charlie was a retired asbestos worker and was a member of the Asbestos Workers Local #24 of Washington, DC.

Mr. Anderson was a pipeliner and a member of local 1050 for 25 years.

John E. Delaney, Sr. ,of Wadestown, WV passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012.
He was born December 15, 1926 at Metz, WV.
He is survived by one son, three daughters, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Delaney was preceded in death by his wife, Marian L. Delaney.
