E. Frank Davis, 79, of Spraggs, PA, retired coal miner and antique dealer, passed away peacefully at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 29, 2008.
He was born March 17, 1928 at Cassville, WV, a son of the late William and Gertrude Booth Davis. Mr. Davis was a miner for Consol Osage Mine for 44 years and an antique dealer, owner of Davis Antiques, for 50 years.
Richard E. Tennant, 77, of Country Road (Jakes Run Community) Fairview, WV died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at his residence.
He was born May 7, 1930 at Jakes Run, a son of the late Richard D. Tennant and Ida Mae McCord Tennant.
Richard was a retired motorman in the coal mines.
He is survived by his wife, Delilah "Sue" Eddy Tennant.
Lloyd S. Butcher, 86, of Hundred, WV died Tuesday in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born August 12, 1921 in Hundred, a son of the late Oscar E. and Manie Barger Butcher.
Alice Y. Nuzum, 69, of Hundred, WV died Monday, February 18, 2008, just one day short of her 70th birthday, in the Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born February 19, 1938 at Meadowbrook, WV, a daughter of the late Paul W. Crayton and Inez Carson Crayton.
Noel Bane Pyles, 55, of Bannan (near Silver Hill), New Martinsville, WV died Thursday, February 14, 2008 at his residence.
He was born June 19, 1952 on Laurel Run, near Silver Hill, a son of the late Burnis Maxine Pyles.
Bane had worked as a newspaper delivery man for over 15 years for the Wheeling Intelligencer.
Virgil C. Statler, 81 of Carrico Hollow, Core, WV died Wednesday, February 13, 2008 in the Townview Health and Rehab Center in Canonsburg, PA.
He was born, March 10, 1926 at Spraggs, PA, a son of the late John Statler and Edna Cumberledge Statler.
Pamela Jo Foley, 29, of Rivesville, WV died Tuesday, February 12, 2008 in the emergency room at Fairmont General Hospital of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born January 24, 1979 at Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Robert J. Foley and Shirley Ann Sampson Foley.
Freeda J. Moore, 72, of Daybrook, WV died Sunday, January 27, 2008 in John Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.
She was born June 17, 1935 at Mooresville, a daughter of the late Oscar B. Ammons and Icie May Johnson Ammons.
Freeda worked at Westinghouse and visiting homemakers for several years.

Hazel V. Yeager, 84, of Brave, PA died Friday, January 25, 2008 at her daughter's residence following a lengthy illness.
She was born March 19, 1923 at Weston, WV a daughter of the late Hoy Teter and Ruth Bond Teter.
