She was born September 21, 1912 on Long Drain, near Littleton, a daughter of the late Clarence Cosgray and Bertha Kiger Cosgray.

Melvin R. Eddy, 44, of Core, WV born on the 27th day of October 1960 was tragically taken from us on the 20th day of August, 2005 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident near Farmington, WV. He was the son of Norma Morris Eddy of Core, WV and the late Robert Eddy.

Robert F. Staggers, 61, of Brave, PA died Sunday, August 7, 2005 at his residence. He was born April 4, 1944 at Spraggs, PA a son of the late Dorothy Walker.

Mr. Staggers was a mechanic by profession. He was a United States Navy Veteran.

She was born February 4, 1947 in Morgantown, WV.

Mrs. Foley was a housewife and a protestant by faith.

He was born June 15, 1930 at Blacksville, WV the oldest son of the late Dana and Florence Tennant.

He was born July 27, 1917 in Gilmore Township, a son of the late Charles C. Shough and Mollie White Shough.

He was born June 15, 1956 in Core, WV a son of Mark Vernon and Betty Annalee Davis Eddy.

He was a member and deacon of Doll's Run Christian Church in Core and also attended Bula Baptist Church in Bula.

Staff Sergeant Robert Lee Newberry, 61, of Burton, West Virginia, retired from the United States Army Reserves in 2000; born in Birmingham, Alabama June 11, 1944, died Friday, July 22, 2005 at his residence.

Mr. Newberry was a part of the clinical nursing staff at Ruby Memorial Hospital and received awards for good nursing care.

Essie Mae Metheny, 86, of Farragut, TN and formerly of the New Freeport, PA (Garrison Ridge) area went to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, July 20, 2005 in Farragut. Essie was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis (Ben) Metheny, who died on June 19, 1998.

Marjorie H. Murphy, 95, formerly of Littleton, WV died Sunday, July 17, 2005 in the Rivergate Health Care Center in Riverview, Michigan.

For the last several years Mrs. Murphy lived with all of her children on a rotating basis.

She was born May 31, 1910 at Knob Fork, WV a daughter of the late William C. Showalter and Grace Carney Showalter.
