Mr. Cecil was born April 9, 1927 at what is now the Huggins farm in Wileyville, son of the late Thomas R. Cecil Sr and Ora Arminta Palmer Cecil.

He was born February 3, 1928 in Glen Dale,WV, the son of the late Hannah Sole.
Vonda Jean Stevens, 79, of Fairmont, died Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in the Pierpont Center in Fairmont.
She was born July 7, 1933 near Fairview, a daughter of the late Roy R. Tuttle and Ella Conaway Tuttle.
Mrs. Stevens was a devoted homemaker.
She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.
Darrell Eugene (Gene) Harker, 69, of Crossroads Community, Wadestown, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at his residence.
He was born March 13, 1943 at Morgantown, a son of the late F. Carl and Lora Johnson Harker.
Mr. Harker was a 1961 graduate of Clay-Battelle High School. He formerly worked for King Knob Coal Company, Daybrook Development, and Bill Seaman Livestock.
Virginia Garrison, 85, of Morgantown, WV died Thursday, January 24, 2013 in the Mapleshire Nursing and Rehab Center in Morgantown.
Mrs. Garrison was born July 28, 1927 at Millwood, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph Paul Kelley and Dorothy Burch Kelley.
She was a retired pharmacy tech from West Virginia University Hospital.
Shirley Waddle, 77, of Littleton, WV died Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Select Specialty St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.
She was born November 24, 1935 at New Martinsville, a daughter of the late Charles Greathouse and Virginia Fisher.
Mrs. Waddle was a retired rural mail carrier.
She was a member of the VFW Post #437 Ladies Auxiliary of Moundsville.
Freddie Sylvester "Doug" Wise, 71, of Wheeling, WV died December 27, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital.
He was born May 18, 1941 at Hundred, a son of the late Ezra Sylvester Wise and Hazel Hostutler Wise.
Mr. Wise was a retired pipefitter and formerly worked for Allison & Lohr, Inc. of Wheeling.
James H. Sanders, 79, of Wadestown, WV died Monday, December 17, 2012 at his residence.
He was born March 9, 1933 at Bula, a son of the late Ralph R. Sanders and Aileen Louise McQuaid Sanders.
Mr. Sanders was a retired coal miner. He retired from the Consolidation Coal Company Blacksville #2 Mine at Wana. He retired in 1994 with 25 years of service.
Virginia Lee Smith, 95, of Hundred, WV died Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA.
She was born May 16, 1917 at Hundred, a daughter of the late Jacob E. Roupe and Bessie E. Phillips Roupe.
Mrs. Smith and her late husband managed hotels in California most of their lives.
