John F. Potts, 91, of Fairmont, WV, died Friday, August 1, 2014 in Fairmont General Hospital.
He was born April 15, 1923 at Big Run, a son of the late James Marion Potts and Fannie Jane Utt Potts.
Mr. Potts was a retired carpenter from Hope Gas Company where he worked for 39 years.
John was an avid WVU football and basketball fan.
Ray P. Corder, 81, of Bridgeport, WV, formerly of Wana, died Friday, August 1, 2014 in The Heritage at Bridgeport, WV.
He was born August 29, 1932 at Everettsville, WV a son of the late Frank William Corder and Virginia P. Holley.
Mr. Corder was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean Conflict.
Marionetta Huffman, 71, of Waynesburg, PA died Sunday, July 6, 2014 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born April 25, 1943 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Ralph Don Tennant and Loma E. Hamilton Tennant.
Mrs. Huffman was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.
Larry Watson, 65, of Littleton died Saturday June 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born April 23, 1949 at Pine Grove, a son of the late Harry (Hodge) Watson and Ivy Mae McCoy Watson.
Fred Tuttle’s life came to an end on Friday June 27, 2014 after dealing with some health issues for several years. He was born November 24, 1932, in Miracle Run, a son of the late James C. “Poker” Tuttle and Irene Bane Tuttle.
Jamie Alan Wise, 37, of Crown passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014. He is the son of Edgar "Joe" Wise and the late Joyce Sine Wise.
He is a graduate of Clay-Battelle High School.
Wilda M. Sago, 86, of Burton, WV died Sunday May 25, 2014 in the Pierpont Center in Fairmont.
She was born January 15, 1928 at Ridgeley, WV, a daughter of the late George Vernon Van-Meter and Eleanor Waxler Van-Meter.
Mrs. Sago was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Truth Assembly Chapel of Wadestown.
Charles Horner, 79, of Fish Creek Road, Cameron, WV died Saturday, May 24, 2014 at his residence.
He was born September 30, 1934 at Colliers, WV, a son of the late Minor Horner and Eliza Hartley Horner.
Jon Sanders, 61, of Spraggs, PA died Saturday, May 24, 2014 in the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born January 24, 1953 at Farmington, WV, a son of the late Frank Sanders and Irene Griffith Sanders.
George W. Schrecengost, 64, of Morgantown, WV died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at his residence.
He was born June 11, 1949 at Warren, OH, a son of Chester Schrecengost of Core, WV and the late Bertha Rider Schrecengost.
Mr. Schrecengost was a retired heavy equipment operator. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
