He was born March 10, 1962 in Beaver County, PA, a son of Gary J. Waxler and the late Edna Mae Gallagher Waxler.
Tim was an employee of the Super K Mart in Morgantown. He had worked for the company for more than 25 years and was recently awarded his 25 year pin.
Juanita Elaine Miller, 84, of New Freeport, PA died Thursday, September 9, 2010 at her residence.
She was born November 18, 1925 in St. Augustine, FL, a daughter of the late Albert Dunn and Virginia Renner Dunn.
Elaine was a homemaker and a member of the Sand Hill Church of Christ.

He was born June 19, 1941 at Sistersville, WV, a son of Ernest L. Koontz, a resident ot the New Martinsville Health Care Center and the late Laura E. Moore Koontz.
Lila M. Simpson, 64, of Wadestown (Crossroads Community), died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at her residence after a long illness.
She was born October 21, 1945 in Fairmont, WV, a daughter of Mildred Neel Turner of Fairmont and the late John (June) Turner.
Mrs. Simpson was a homemaker and she attended the Jakes Run Assembly of God.
Rudyard K. Norris, 74, of New Martinsville, WV (Wileyville Community) died Tuesday, August 17, 2010.
He was born January 4, 1936 at Allister, WV a son of the late Howard Clinton Norris and Ulah Sapp Norris.
Mr. Norris was retired from Bayer with more than 30 years of service. At the time of his retirement he was a foreman in the tank farm.
Ronald Eugene Raber, Sr, 63, of Spraggs, PA died Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at his residence.
He was born October 26, 1946 at Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Carl E. Raber Sr and Florence J. Rogers Raber.
Ronnie was a brick and stone mason by profession. He was a member of the bricklayers union in Morgantown.
Robert C. Arnett, 89, of Jakes Run, died Thursday, August 5, 2010 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born on Jakes Run on April 7, 1921, the oldest child of the late Arlie G. and Ethel Tennant Arnett.
Mr. Arnett was a United States Army veteran having served in World War II. He retired from Pennzoil Oil and Gas Company after 31 years of service.
Marjorie L. McCoy, 85, of Morgantown, died Saturday, July 31, 2010 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born November 22,1924 at Fairmont, WV, a daughter of the late Felix B. Wilson and Rebecca Wilson.
Elizabeth J. McDowell, 79, of Uniontown, PA died Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the Peroni Personal Care Home in Uniontown, PA.
She was born August 16, 1931 at Wana, WV, a daughter of the late Howard R. Harker and Mary Louise Holliman Harker.
Albert "Pooch" Stottlemire, 61, of Littleton, WV died Monday, July 26, 2010 at his residence.
He was born December 13,1948 at Littleton, a son of the late Charles W. Stottlemire and Bertha Mae Merriner Stottlemire.
Pooch formerly worked on the railroad and was a member of the Laborers Local #1149 out of Wheeling, WV. He was a methodist by faith.
